A window is a heart of a room!

A window without a room is like a human being without a heart, metaphorically of course. Why do I say this? It is because a room feels lifeless without a window. The emotions and feel of a room can largely be attributed to the window used. I say this because when I got my room renovated I decided to eradicate the space for window which makes the room feel stuffy and suffocative and there’s nothing I can do about it. Remember that choosing the windowpane is a toddler’s work, selecting window hardware and window fitting poses rigorous problems. The hardware includes:
·         Window winders
·         Sash lifts
·         Finger pull
·         Hook hinges
·         Window catch
·         Standard and narrow window strays
·         Spiral sash window balances
·         Spring sash window balances
·         Window fasteners
·         Casement stay
The fittings are available in different material like aluminum, wood, steel and plastic. You should select the hardware that suits your room setting, do not indulge in purchasing things only according to the present trend. Trends keep changing from time to time but windows tend to remain in your room until renovation. I envy people who have large airy windows installed in their rooms because they can feel the morning sun rays on their face seeping through the window. It makes the room look brighter, livelier and gives the room the look of being much more spacious than it actually is!
